Responsibilities
- Develop scalable cloud applications and software infrastructure.
- Lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
- Optimize system designs and contribute to high-quality, secure, and privacy-focused deliverables.
- Advocate for product features, track adoption and success metrics, and address customer needs.
- Stay current with software development practices and coach others as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2–4 years of experience, or a master’s degree with 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang.
- Ability to reason about application scalability and cloud environments.
- Ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and automate testing.
- Ability to resolve complex technical problems, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and work independently.
