Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI agents and automation prototypes with guidance from the AI Platform team.
- Prepare and connect approved knowledge sources so agents can securely retrieve relevant information.
- Test prompts and agent responses, document findings, and help improve answer quality and reliability.
- Create reusable agent templates, technical documentation, and how-to guides.
- Support platform monitoring and troubleshooting while following security and responsible AI standards.
- Collaborate with technical and business colleagues to identify practical AI solutions.
- Develop AI and cloud technology skills through hands-on work, workshops, and team guidance.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or have graduated within the last two years, in finance, technology, or a related field.
- Have a genuine interest in the financial sector.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid work permit for the location of application.
- Demonstrate AI literacy, curiosity, initiative, tenacity, ownership, and collaborative working skills.
- German, French, or Italian language skills are a plus.
