Base Salary
$295k - $445k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify and address inefficiencies across agent behavior, LLM inference, container orchestration, and the broader Codex stack
- Build tooling to measure, profile, and optimize system performance at scale
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to implement high-return changes that improve latency and cost
Requirements
- Experience operating across both ML systems and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to investigate ambiguous performance problems and identify clear improvements
- Holistic understanding of performance tradeoffs among speed, cost, and user experience
