Responsibilities
- Build and maintain working demonstrations on AspenTech applications using realistic industrial data and workflows.
- Develop demo narratives connecting customer personas and business problems to measurable solution value.
- Refurbish demo assets for current product versions and quality standards.
- Support field teams with customer-demonstration preparation and hands-on practice sessions.
- Maintain shared demo environments across business units.
- Document demo scripts, configurations, and delivery guides for repeatable use.
- Gather field feedback and share product insights with Product Management.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with industrial or enterprise software is required.
- Hands-on experience with at least one AspenTech portfolio area or comparable industrial software is required.
- Ability to explain technical capabilities in terms of customer outcomes and business value is required.
- Experience with demo, simulation, or modeling environments and realistic data sets is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, organization, and follow-through across product, marketing, and field teams are required.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% is required.
