Responsibilities
- Support customer deployments and integrations using Apex.AI products.
- Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to understand technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot software, middleware, networking, and embedded-systems issues.
- Contribute code, bug fixes, and enhancements to Apex.OS.
- Assist with software testing, validation, and system integration activities.
- Participate in customer workshops, demos, and technical presentations.
- Improve tooling, documentation, and developer workflows.
- Support customer success across automotive and intelligent-machine applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in modern C++ programming.
- Internship, academic project, or early professional experience with software development.
- Familiarity with Linux development environments and Git or similar version-control systems.
- Interest in embedded systems, robotics, middleware, or distributed systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including willingness to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Nice-to-have experience includes ROS/ROS 2, DDS, networking or communication protocols, Python, scripting, automation tools, CMake, Bazel, robotics, autonomous systems, embedded software, or safety-critical systems.
