Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead machine learning projects and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Design and implement complex, scalable, high-performance data-driven systems for inflight entertainment and connectivity services.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models, predictive analytics, and data-driven strategies.
- Develop machine learning frameworks, tools, and technologies, including solutions involving distributed computing, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Make architectural decisions for machine learning infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Design scalable machine learning pipelines using cloud-based platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Monitor and optimize machine learning model performance.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and communicate technical concepts and strategic recommendations.
- Explore emerging machine learning technologies, conduct research, publish technical papers, and submit patents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience focused on data-driven applications, machine learning, or AI is required.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java and expertise with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch are required.
- Experience with data processing technologies is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, collaborate across teams, and drive projects to completion is required.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities and a passion for innovation are required.
- Ability to write technical publications is preferred.
