Base Salary
$139k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test plans for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Execute manual tests, identify defects, and report findings to development teams.
- Collaborate with developers and QA peers on test scenarios and automation opportunities.
- Contribute to test planning, test case design, and testing documentation.
- Support UAT activities, including roles, test scripts, results reporting, and meeting scheduling.
- Apply continuous feature testing practices and stay current with test automation tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 15+ years of experience, with additional experience accepted in lieu of the degree.
- Professional QA experience focused on automation.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Katalon.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Katalon experience, SQL knowledge for database testing, Git experience, JMeter or Locust knowledge, and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
