Responsibilities
- Ensure operational availability, reliability, performance, and resource efficiency of the AIRINA digital archive.
- Lead troubleshooting sessions, perform root-cause analysis, and define resolutions.
- Automate system administration and build monitoring and self-healing solutions.
- Guide business and technical teams in applying automation and DevSecOps practices.
- Coordinate collaboration among development, system, infrastructure operations, security, and external teams.
- Maintain the system team backlog, plan iterations, and define, prioritize, and accept user stories.
- Support SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Inspect and Adapt, and System Demos.
- Assemble and edit source code repositories to develop the product software stack while following solution and environment standards.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of experience developing and delivering IT solutions, including at least two to three years designing and building complex IT systems.
- Experience with software development processes, system architectures, DevSecOps, and agile delivery and operations teams.
- Experience with automated configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Familiarity with logging and event management tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and SonarQube.
- Experience hosting and operating Spring Boot and J2EE applications using RedHat EAP.
- Knowledge of software development concepts, shell scripting, and languages such as Java, Python, Go, and Bash.
- Cloud and container technology experience, plus knowledge of Camunda and MarkLogic, is preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills.
