Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production AI agents for an image-processing system.
- Develop agentic loops using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Pydantic AI, or implement them without a framework.
- Integrate LLM SDKs from Anthropic and OpenAI.
- Implement MCP servers and/or clients.
- Work with vector databases and PostgreSQL, including hybrid search.
- Collaborate with the development team on challenging software products.
Requirements
- Commercial experience building AI agents in production, beyond proof-of-concept or demo work.
- Strong Python skills, including asynchronous programming, typing, and tests.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks or the ability to build agentic loops without a framework.
- Experience with Anthropic or OpenAI LLM SDKs.
- Experience implementing MCP servers and/or clients.
- Experience with pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate, or Pinecone and PostgreSQL, including hybrid search.
- Polish language proficiency at C2/native level.
- English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
- Preferred: TypeScript/Node application-layer experience; LangSmith, Langfuse, Braintrust, or OpenTelemetry familiarity; Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, GCP, Bedrock, or Vertex infrastructure experience; and AI Act/GDPR knowledge.
