Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and own the AI infrastructure for reliable software on non-deterministic models.
- Develop AI-powered approval workflows that adapt to customer-specific rules.
- Create an intelligent collections agent that automates payment reminders and escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of the entire development process from ideation to deployment.
Requirements
- Experience shipping LLM-based systems to real customers.
- Knowledge of designing agentic systems and their building blocks.
- Experience with evals infrastructure and understanding of quality metrics.
- Ability to write resilient software for business-critical systems.
- Familiarity with tools for building and securely running multi-provider AI systems.
- Experience in shipping production backend systems with a focus on reliability.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity.
