Responsibilities
- Define major technical solution initiatives and influence customer or Fujitsu investment decisions and solution direction.
- Develop solution strategies, architectures, proposals, integrated end-to-end solutions, and high-level solution blueprints aligned with customer requirements and business outcomes.
- Lead complex solution strategy and design activities, including approach definition, design governance, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
- Define solution tenets, key messages, and themes that support bid win strategies.
- Provide presales consulting, including delivery cost assessment, solution model options, benefits analysis, and early customer engagement support.
- Engage customers to understand business strategy and develop IT strategies and architectures for significant business areas.
- Ensure solution compliance and quality through guidance, oversight, design reviews, and governance.
- Own solution overviews and assigned proposal response sections while guiding contributing stakeholders.
- Own the solution costing approach with the Financial Architect and ensure cost, pricing, and commercial inputs align with the proposed solution and bid strategy.
- Lead bid assurance and solution review forums and present and substantiate proposed solutions.
- Apply current technology, service offering, market, skills, and delivery knowledge to create competitive solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong technical, analytical, solutioning, presales, and architecture capabilities.
- Experience solutioning application services for bids, RFPs, and proactive opportunities.
- Proven experience shaping and delivering large, strategic, complex, and multi-tower deals.
- Strong understanding of established architecture frameworks and experience with solution development, win themes, techno-commercial propositioning, presales engagement, and thought leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two of ServiceNow, SAP, ADMS, DX, and related service areas and technologies.
- Experience leading diverse teams of architects and ensuring deliverable quality.
- Experience with global setups and global customers.
- Experience with solution governance, compliance requirements, formal approvals, and complex deal reviews.
