Responsibilities
- Provide application and software support aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Deliver customer support using established systems and methodologies while maintaining high satisfaction standards.
- Maintain expertise across assigned product lines through ongoing professional development.
- Provide operational coverage during core and extended hours according to contractual service-level agreements.
- Develop and execute initiatives based on customer satisfaction metrics and stakeholder feedback.
- Conduct system commissioning, technical configuration, and user instruction.
- Collaborate with sales and field service teams to deliver service solutions and identify commercial opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, Biochemical, or an equivalent field.
- At least two years of practical application experience in the IVD or medical device industry.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Arabic or another spoken language used in the market is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
