Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and launch new technology products that improve personal injury workflows.
- Build foundational software and contribute to the team’s engineering culture.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain core software products and production infrastructure.
- Own projects from conception through completion and drive them across the finish line.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, data engineering, DevOps, and other teams.
- Mentor teammates and help raise engineering standards across the organization.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in backend or frontend engineering, including work with relational or other database technologies.
- Several years of industry experience building high-quality software and shipping production-ready code and infrastructure.
- Experience building software at scale and contributing to strong engineering practices and team culture.
- Demonstrated success owning projects end to end.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas and issues clearly and actionably.
- Demonstrated success mentoring and upleveling teammates.
- Kubernetes experience is a plus.
