Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning and generative AI solutions.
- Define enterprise AI standards, architecture patterns, MLOps practices, and model governance frameworks.
- Partner with business and executive leaders to identify use cases, create AI roadmaps, and measure outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists, ML engineers, analytics teams, and developers.
- Oversee model lifecycle management, including feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, drift monitoring, and retraining.
- Build and optimize machine learning pipelines using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Python, and related technologies.
- Embed security, compliance, explainability, and responsible AI principles into AI solutions.
- Present technical concepts, recommendations, and results to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or software engineering roles.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams or leading complex AI initiatives.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
- Experience implementing MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and production-grade machine learning solutions.
- Strong technical writing, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
