Base Salary
$120k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and scale Kubernetes-based production infrastructure.
- Develop automation, tooling, and infrastructure as code in Go and other languages.
- Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Drive incident response efforts and participate in on-call rotations.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure platform capabilities meet operational requirements.
- Engineer for resiliency and implement best practices for fault tolerance.
- Advocate for security, reliability, and performance improvements.
- Contribute to the development of custom Kubernetes operators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in production engineering, SRE, or large-scale infrastructure roles.
- Knowledgeable in Kubernetes administration and container orchestration.
- Proven track record managing high-uptime, customer-facing systems.
- Experience in monitoring and incident management tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Proficient in infrastructure-focused programming, especially in Go and Bash.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passionate about building robust, self-healing systems.
