Base Salary

$120k - $176k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build, operate, and scale Kubernetes-based production infrastructure.
  • Develop automation, tooling, and infrastructure as code in Go and other languages.
  • Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
  • Drive incident response efforts and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure platform capabilities meet operational requirements.
  • Engineer for resiliency and implement best practices for fault tolerance.
  • Advocate for security, reliability, and performance improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of custom Kubernetes operators.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in production engineering, SRE, or large-scale infrastructure roles.
  • Knowledgeable in Kubernetes administration and container orchestration.
  • Proven track record managing high-uptime, customer-facing systems.
  • Experience in monitoring and incident management tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Proficient in infrastructure-focused programming, especially in Go and Bash.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex production issues.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passionate about building robust, self-healing systems.
