Base Salary
$120k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and scale Kubernetes-based production infrastructure
- Develop automation, tooling, and infrastructure as code to enable zero-touch operations, rapid recovery, and seamless deployments
- Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
- Drive incident response, participate in on-call rotations, and lead root cause analysis
- Partner with internal and cross-functional teams to meet operational requirements and customer SLAs
- Engineer redundancy, fault tolerance, resiliency, and disaster recovery across distributed systems
- Advocate for security, reliability, and performance improvements
- Develop custom Kubernetes operators and orchestration frameworks for AI workload performance and resource utilization
- Mentor others and contribute to a blameless culture and operational excellence
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in production engineering, SRE, or large-scale infrastructure or platform roles
- Knowledge of Kubernetes administration, container orchestration, and microservices architectures
- Experience managing high-uptime, customer-facing systems and delivering measurable reliability and performance improvements
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, Loki, or VictoriaMetrics
- Infrastructure programming experience, especially in Go and Bash
- Deep understanding of Linux systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production failures and performance bottlenecks
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for robust, self-healing, operable systems and continuous operational improvement
