Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for the Web Applications Platform team and own its roadmap with stakeholders.
- Build and operate shared platform services, including authentication, identity, and configuration.
- Own the build and deployment path for applications delivered into isolated hospital customer environments.
- Make architectural decisions and lead cross-team initiatives affecting multiple applications.
- Write production code and configurations as needed.
- Define standards, context, and security guardrails for AI coding tools and agents.
- Break down, estimate, sequence, and communicate work in progress.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production software.
- Experience working on a platform, infrastructure, internal tools, or developer-facing team.
- Strong Python, Django, and FastAPI skills.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes and GitOps delivery using Helm and ArgoCD.
- Experience owning an authentication and authorization system.
- Excellent project management, written communication, verbal communication, and cross-team influence skills.
