Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery and translate customer requirements and domain expertise into tailored AI use cases.
- Lead end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Prototype and build secure, scalable LLM and agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks.
- Support technical closes, develop AI transformation narratives, and present visionary solutions to executives.
- Model ROI and TCO and maintain technical and advisory involvement through adoption, value realization, and operational transformation.
- Build industry-specific solutions and codify reusable methodologies and assets for team-wide use.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of executive-facing presales or value engineering experience, including accountable Proof-of-Value execution and technical closing.
- Knowledge of core business processes and industry landscapes such as supply chain and finance.
- Proficiency in Python, API design, SQL, data integration, and machine learning or AI libraries.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, tool use or function calling, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, or enterprise agentic patterns.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, MLOps or LLMOps, and lifecycle management across AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Understanding of cloud reference architectures, identity and access, data governance, privacy, and compliance.
- Strong presentation skills for executive, internal, and external audiences, with exceptional executive presence and fluent English.
- Applied knowledge of optimization, statistical analysis, reinforcement learning, or forecasting is a plus.
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business engineering, business information, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
