Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement.
- Plan and execute integration engineering from architecture to code implementation.
- Explain technical concepts and Stripe's functionalities to users.
- Educate users and the developer community about Stripe's value proposition.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for major users and partners.
- Stay updated on new Stripe technologies and showcase thought leadership.
- Provide recommendations and best practices to product and engineering teams.
- Lead the establishment of a new regional office and foster a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering.
- Technical leadership on large user-facing projects.
- Comfortable with code-level debugging.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and Stripe's functionalities.
- User-first approach with empathy for users.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Strong generalist technical experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
