Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical architecture for Manufacturing Production Solutions.
- Architect and implement complex distributed systems for manufacturing workflows.
- Lead by example with engineering excellence and establish best practices.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to shape shared infrastructure.
- Integrate Manufacturing Production Solutions into cohesive manufacturing experiences.
- Represent manufacturing domain in broader technical decisions.
- Raise the technical bar for the team through rigorous code review and discussions.
- Identify and eliminate systemic technical issues to improve execution.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams.
- Experience with large enterprise applications and platforms.
- Strong full-stack capabilities with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Ability to design scalable technical architectures for manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- U.S. Person status required for access to export controlled data.
