Responsibilities

Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic LLM systems.
Validate hypotheses with offline evaluation datasets and A/B tests.
Partner with machine learning teams to improve evaluation pipelines and metrics.
Develop and maintain core agentic capabilities with strong observability.
Own performance, observability, and security monitoring.
Ensure privacy and security by design.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives shaping Doctolib's AI platform.

6+ years of experience as a software engineer with significant Python experience.
Track record of managing the full lifecycle of an AI product at scale.
Understanding of best practices in software development, including CI/CD.
Product-oriented mindset with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
Focus on code quality and a rigorous testing culture.
Eagerness to mentor and share knowledge with teammates.
Comfortable communicating in English.
