Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and deploy applications that meet business process and application requirements.
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate processes and address complex business challenges.
- Build bespoke AI applications and agents tailored to customer requirements.
- Integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows and support system integration and data migration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Document application processes and workflows.
- Work independently as a subject-matter expert, participate in team discussions, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Maintain continuous learning on emerging technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in Workday Procurement is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Procurement is mandatory.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Certification in the primary skill is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with application development methodologies, system integration, and data migration.
- Familiarity with user interface design principles.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while considering scalability and responsible use.
