Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy scalable business solutions on the Force.com platform.
Build Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
Scope and estimate the level of effort for technical solutions.
Perform hands-on administrative, development, data-related, and QA work throughout the build process.
Develop web applications and integrations using JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL, and SOAP/REST web services.
Understand business requirements and deliver extendable, maintainable solutions to real customer problems.
Communicate and collaborate with technical teams, end users, and stakeholders with varying levels of technical aptitude.
Coordinate projects and communicate in a team leadership capacity.

At least 4 years of Salesforce.com development experience with strong Apex and Visualforce experience.
At least 3 years of web application development experience, including JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
At least 5 years of related experience in full-cycle software development with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Salesforce Developer Certification is required.
Strong knowledge of SOQL and in-depth experience with SOAP/REST web services.
Advanced software design, debugging, documentation, and testing skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes, concepts, and Agile methodology.
Ability to resolve moderately complex business problems, understand business requirements, and lead or teach others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
