Responsibilities
- Apply deep neural networks to computer vision tasks such as segmentation and detection.
- Develop generative-model solutions, including Stable Diffusion applications, to improve visual content creation and realism.
- Integrate AI into production processes and help automate workflows.
- Develop AI solutions for quality control and product-visual enhancement.
- Generate realistic, photo-quality synthetic content through image-content pipelines.
- Design and implement algorithms and contribute to imaging, computer vision, graphics, and machine learning projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in computer science, electrical engineering, applied mathematics, or a similar field.
- Have 1–2+ years of engineering experience in a software development position.
- Be on track to graduate with a Ph.D. or MSc degree between Fall/Winter 2025 and Spring/Summer 2026.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Experience with NumPy, scikit-learn, OpenCV, Blender API, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and image-generation AI models.
- Strong algorithm design and implementation skills.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python or C++.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in San Jose.
- Preferred qualifications include data processing and cleaning, PostgreSQL and image-content maintenance, Python or React UI development, Blender API experience, understanding of image and unstructured data, and cloud infrastructure experience.
