Responsibilities

Collaborate with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, use cases, and technical solutions.
Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications using the .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET.
Write scalable, documented code; conduct code reviews; and maintain source control using Git and Azure DevOps.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas in MS SQL Server.
Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across application environments.
Identify system gaps, improvements, and tooling needs to improve scalability and system quality.
Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
Participate in team meetings and discussions and mentor team members.
Process work requisitions according to standard operating procedures.
Identify root causes involving bugs, system design, data, or processes to maintain stable business operations.

At least two years of professional software development experience or equivalent experience.
Experience with at least one web application development framework, such as .NET, PHP, Django, Spring, or Node.js.
Solid foundation in MS SQL Server and SQL statements, with other relational database experience acceptable.
Experience with source control tools and CI/CD pipelines, such as Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with the .NET Framework and C#.
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure DevOps, AWS, or GCP.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred: three to four years of professional software development experience.
Preferred: understanding of SOLID design principles.
Preferred: experience integrating AI/LLM solutions in corporate environments.
Preferred: knowledge of IIS web server configuration and deployment.
