Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Design, prototype, and implement Salesforce CPQ Quote-to-Cash solutions, including configuration, customization, and enhancements.
- Develop product configurations, pricing rules, quote configurator plugins, Advanced Approvals, and subscription and perpetual licensing capabilities.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using connectors, APIs, web services, ETL, and data migration tools.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce platform and user support.
- Develop unit tests, test cases, automations, documentation, and user guides while optimizing and maintaining the codebase.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, IT, Partner Programs, Enterprise Service, developers, administrators, business analysts, and business users.
- Mentor team members through code reviews, alternative-solution analysis, and guidance on development standards and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience architecting and designing full-stack solutions using the Salesforce Platform.
- 5+ years of Salesforce CPQ development experience with full-cycle CPQ project implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of product configuration and bundles, complex pricing rules and sequences, quote configurator plugins, Advanced Approvals, and Salesforce CPQ APIs.
- Experience with perpetual and subscription-based licensing, discounting models, amendments, extensions, co-terming, and renewals.
- Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, SOAP/REST web services, triggers, Cloud Flow Designer, test class design, and debugging.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects and the Salesforce data model.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, and Salesforce CPQ Specialist.
- Experience migrating from Salesforce CPQ to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advance is preferred.
- Familiarity with environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies using Git and AutoRabit or similar tools is preferred.
- Experience conducting detailed gap analysis and preparing as-is and to-be process documentation is preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, collaboration, and communication skills.

- Base salary range is 176,000 USD–276,000 USD, with eligibility for equity and benefits.
