Base Salary
$152k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Modernize frontend applications and build complex data visualization tools for a diverse customer base.
- Develop, debug, test, deploy, and troubleshoot Java-stack web applications throughout their full lifecycle.
- Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable microservices and AI agents.
- Develop and optimize real-time data-processing pipelines using Kafka Streams, Apache Flink, and Spark Streaming.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering and chip verification teams to translate data and UI/UX requirements into scalable solutions.
- Establish best practices for streaming architecture, schema management, data retention, monitoring, logging, tracing, and platform observability.
Requirements
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks for complex data visualization and user-facing web applications.
- Expertise designing, building, and debugging distributed Java applications, infrastructure, and microservices.
- Deep understanding of Apache Kafka and experience building applications with Kafka Streams, Apache Flink, or other event-driven data pipelines.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, data structures, and algorithms.
- Deep understanding of Redis as a scalable data-caching solution.
- Excellent planning, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
