Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of major team-scoped projects.
- Participate in cross-team initiatives for Remote's HR and Payroll products.
- Provide feedback and suggest solutions during product work.
- Maintain a good understanding of the team’s domain.
- Contribute to the shared codebase and debug technical issues.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers.
- Investigate and implement improvements to the platform.
- Build reusable agentic workflows and primitives in the codebase.
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
- Experience designing or adopting automation workflows.
- Ability to think in systems and define clear specifications.
- Proficiency with Postgres or similar databases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab or GitHub.
- Demonstrated strong automation and AI capabilities.
