Responsibilities
- Develop NLP and machine learning models for document search, legal-document generation, and related productivity use cases.
- Maintain and monitor machine learning models in production.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and product designers to identify new product-development opportunities.
- Share best practices through the ML chapter and contribute to the Engineering strategy.
- Help other engineers develop their skills and participate in technical recruiting interviews and assessments.
Requirements
- Significant experience building products based on NLP, including named-entity recognition, text classification, text summarization, topic modeling, or content generation.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, particularly deep learning models.
- Ability to deliver prototypes quickly in a product-centric environment.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and in identifying and integrating recent scientific advances.
- Strong Python development skills focused on algorithm construction.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Professional legal experience is not required, but willingness to learn about legal documents is important.
