Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and execution of consolidating multiple customer identity platforms into a unified CIAM solution.
- Co-own the identity roadmap with product, marketing, and business stakeholders while connecting identity data to business intelligence.
- Operate user-account lifecycles, login flows, MFA, password resets, account recovery, patching, health checks, and feature rollouts.
- Develop and maintain API connections and microservices integrations with loyalty programs, CRMs, and marketing technology systems.
- Support mobile user interfaces and authentication experiences for login and onboarding journeys.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, resilience, and observability for the identity platform.
- Respond to customer identity security incidents involving credential stuffing, bot mitigation, fraud trends, and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews covering platform health, migration velocity, and fraud metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience executing a full-scale CIAM platform migration from start to finish.
- Advanced expertise in session token management, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and API-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with multiple major CIAM solutions such as Auth0, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or AWS Cognito.
- Strong coding experience focused on microservices and complex ecosystem integrations, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience developing or heavily influencing mobile application login and onboarding interfaces.
- Ability to translate technical risks into business impact and manage communication during major changes.
- Ability to analyze fraud metrics and optimize security without negatively affecting conversion or sales.
- Experience collaborating with customer care teams to improve support outcomes and self-service resolution.
- Preferred experience with zero-downtime migration, Just-In-Time user provisioning, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, passwordless authentication, FIDO2, Passkeys, and high-volume seasonal traffic.
- Must be able to complete a satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification.
