Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead functional analysis, technical design, hands-on development, and end-to-end delivery of scalable B2B eCommerce solutions.
- Gather and document functional requirements, translate customer journeys into solution designs, and create technical user stories.
- Design and develop secure, scalable full-stack solutions using Angular, React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Own workflows, APIs, integrations, estimation, dependencies, technical risk assessment, testing, troubleshooting, defect triage, and release readiness.
- Provide functional and hands-on technical leadership across enhancements, modernization initiatives, architecture standards, secure coding, automated testing, observability, performance, scalability, and cloud-ready practices.
- Communicate solution options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
- Use GitHub Copilot, generative AI, and agentic workflows with guardrails, traceability, monitoring, evaluation, and human oversight.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of IT experience, including significant enterprise B2B eCommerce, techno-functional leadership, hands-on development, and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Strong hands-on full-stack expertise with Angular, React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with security, scalability, application troubleshooting, modern UI development, accessibility, responsive design, API integration, performance optimization, and front-end testing.
- Strong functional requirements gathering, stakeholder management, written communication, verbal communication, and business/technical discussion leadership skills.
- Practical experience with GitHub Copilot, generative AI, prompt/context engineering, AI-assisted development, and responsible validation of AI-generated outputs.
- Knowledge or experience with agentic AI, workflow orchestration, tool-enabled agents, human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails, monitoring, and enterprise security.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience includes SAP Commerce Cloud/SAP Hybris B2B capabilities, SAP ERP/S4 and SAP SD integrations, ERP/CRM/payments/tax/inventory/order management/PIM integrations, cloud-native containerized architecture, and solution demonstrations or proof-of-concepts.
Benefits
- Starting base salary is $132,000-$173,250 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus; compensation figures are excluded from the benefits summary.
