Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Sitecore XP solutions using .NET, C#, and MVC.NET.
- Implement and optimize Solr search, including indexing and query tuning.
- Manage source control, builds, and releases using Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and pipelines.
- Write unit and integration tests using NUnit or xUnit within Visual Studio.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools with code review and human oversight.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, estimation, and sprint ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects across development, test, and production environments.
- Document solutions and support junior team members through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of professional software development experience, including hands-on Sitecore delivery.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Sitecore XP, version 9 or 10, including content architecture and the Sitecore development lifecycle.
- Strong back-end experience with .NET, C#, and MVC.NET.
- Practical experience with Solr in a Sitecore context.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with NUnit or xUnit and Visual Studio.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Sitecore or Microsoft certifications are preferred but not required.
- Experience with Sitecore TDS, Unicorn, or Sitecore Content Serialization is preferred.
- JavaScript experience is preferred.
