Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving software components and integrations.
- Optimize software performance and functionality to support business needs and user experience.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and work independently as a subject matter expert.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years with Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft SharePoint Administration.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to Microsoft 365 environments.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and collaboration platforms in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize scalable software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
