Responsibilities
- Apply security best practices to enhance and optimize systems while aligning security solutions with business objectives.
- Partner with internal teams on security initiatives and cross-functional projects, including occasionally co-leading efforts.
- Analyze and resolve security challenges by adapting standard processes and exploring alternative approaches.
- Influence team quality, efficiency, and effectiveness through informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineers to incorporate feedback and continuously improve security processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Expected base pay in Austin, Texas is $130,500.00-$193,600.00 annually, with potential annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation.
