Base Salary
$130k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise IAM systems for managing PII across global teams.
- Develop internal IAM solutions that enforce least-privilege access across the company.
- Build and maintain the framework used to encrypt sensitive data across hundreds of columns.
- Work on software supply chain security as Persona expands its AI tooling and integrations.
- Build secure and convenient internal tooling for engineers using AI at scale.
- Own implementation end to end, from design and delivery through operation.
- Collaborate with security, product, platform, and other engineering teams while maintaining technical depth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping systems at scale rather than only advising on them.
- Ability to own implementation from design through delivery and operation.
- Clear communication and effective cross-team collaboration.
- Willingness to work across multiple languages and infrastructures.
- Ruby on Rails proficiency is preferred.
- Experience with IAM, authentication and authorization frameworks, or identity protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OIDC is preferred.
- Familiarity with software supply chain security, secure SDLC, or AI/ML security risks is preferred.
- Experience working on products where PII or sensitive data was central is preferred.
