Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale the governance, risk, and compliance program.
- Automate evidence gathering and continuous control testing.
- Build self-serve tools and documentation for GTM teams and customer security inquiries.
- Conduct security compliance reviews for products, features, and vendors.
- Own relationships with audit firms and customers regarding the security and AI governance program.
- Support Legal with security and AI governance guidance during contract negotiations.
- Support security incident communications by drafting and reviewing customer-facing updates.
- Maintain corporate security policies and drive identified issues to resolution.
Requirements
- Experience with GRC frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and AIUC-1.
- Ability to trace external claims to actual product and infrastructure configurations and identify governance or security issues.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, GTM, Trust & Safety, auditors, and regulators.
