Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and document software solutions.
- Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language while following engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, managers, stakeholders, and peers to understand problems, exchange feedback, and deliver reliable solutions.
- Use automation, modern software-development tooling, and approved AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Validate AI-generated outputs through peer review, automated testing, secure coding practices, and responsible AI workflows.
- Complete ongoing training, mentorship, and development activities.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a fourth-year master’s degree with expected graduation between January 2028 and July 2028.
- Study Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or a related field.
- Demonstrate English fluency and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have basic knowledge of industry technology trends and best practices.
- Be able to write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language.
- Demonstrate collaboration, interpersonal, problem-solving, judgment, and adaptability skills.
- Be able to apply automation and modern tooling across the software development life cycle.
- Be able to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and maintain accountability for solution quality, correctness, and security.
- Show curiosity about emerging technologies and an ability to work through open-ended or ambiguous problems.
