Responsibilities
- Lead the coding and delivery of frontend and backend services for fleet management.
- Provide real-time technical support at the Las Vegas AV operation center.
- Interview and onboard future hires while mentoring junior engineers.
- Partner with Operations and Product teams to translate fleet challenges into technical requirements.
- Drive the vision for fleet management and orchestration systems.
- Design processes that convert operational feedback into data for platform improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
- Proven track record of designing and building distributed systems.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on value and efficiency.
- Experience supporting production systems with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with remote teams.
- Proficiency in Golang and Python for web services and scripting.
- Experience building cloud services using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
