Base Salary
$105k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and design OutSystems applications using O11 4-Layer Canvas patterns and ODC domain-driven design patterns.
- Build and maintain complex OutSystems web and mobile applications across O11 and ODC.
- Develop and debug REST/SOAP integrations with banking systems, trading platforms, CRM solutions, and third-party financial services APIs.
- Extend OutSystems applications with C#/.NET, SQL, and front-end frameworks when platform-native capabilities are insufficient.
- Lead code reviews, technical grooming, design reviews, solution walkthroughs, and architecture decisions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their OutSystems certification development.
- Manage deployments, environment promotion, hotfixes, and rollbacks through LifeTime and ODC Portal.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline integration, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code for OutSystems applications.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory issues, integration failures, and application-layer security risks.
- Participate in release planning, sprint ceremonies, capacity estimation, and multi-team delivery activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
- At least 7 years of overall software development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on OutSystems development with O11.
- Strong full-stack proficiency in .NET/C#, SQL Server or an equivalent relational database, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience delivering OutSystems applications in financial services, banking, or another regulated environment.
- Deep experience with Service Studio, Integration Studio, LifeTime, ODC Studio, and ODC Portal.
- Experience designing and building enterprise REST/SOAP integrations and debugging API-driven workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git or equivalent version control.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Preferred: OutSystems Professional Developer or Architecture Specialist certification, or commitment to obtain it within six months.
- Preferred: ODC domain modeling, external libraries, ODC Portal deployment, cloud-native architecture patterns, Angular 10+, React, or TypeScript.
- Preferred: Experience with core banking platforms, payment gateways, clearing systems, financial data APIs, OWASP Top 10 remediation, penetration-testing responses, or multi-team delivery environments.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI Mentor Studio, Agent Builder or Agent Workbench, and ODC or Service Studio AI-assisted features.
Benefits
- Target base salary is $105,000.00-$120,000.00 per year, with potential discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonuses; compensation figures are excluded from benefits classification.
