Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and architect GCP platform setup for enterprise-scale data migrations.
- Design secure cloud landing zones, infrastructure blueprints, security frameworks, compliance monitoring, and identity and access management solutions.
- Establish infrastructure as code and enterprise-wide DevOps practices using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Design monitoring, observability, disaster recovery, CI/CD, reliability, scalability, and cloud cost-optimization solutions.
- Lead and mentor DevOps team members, drive technical decisions, and collaborate with technical services, developers, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate new technologies, optimize infrastructure and processes, and resolve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of overall experience, including 6–8 years specifically in DevOps or Data DevOps.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes and its ecosystem, including Docker, Helm, and Kustomize.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, cloud infrastructure at scale, enterprise DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, observability, monitoring, and security tools.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, and Go.
- Demonstrated ability in technical troubleshooting, requirements analysis, solution architecture, implementation, communication, coordination, and adapting to new technologies.
