Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Apply software engineering practices and scientific methods to research, design, development, and maintenance work.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using original thought and judgment.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to achieve team goals.
- Organize work and deliver accurate, reliable results with minimal supervision.
- Build software engineering skills and expertise to meet role expectations.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers when required.
Requirements
- More than one year of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work on a range of tasks and problems with minimal supervision.
- Ability to organize time and deliver against assigned tasks over a mid-term horizon.
- Ability to make decisions based on situational understanding rather than rules alone.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and positively impact project performance.
