Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for development initiatives across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Design and implement development architectures, frameworks, and best practices for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS applications.
- Lead development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure using tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers.
- Establish and enforce code quality standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to identify technical risks and prevent production issues.
- Own development processes from architecture and implementation through code review, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Drive adoption of modern development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments.
- Share knowledge and champion engineering standards across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is also accepted.
