Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, improve, package, test, integrate, and document software features and tools for in-flight entertainment systems.
- Build and maintain automated unit, integration, and system-level tests.
- Triage, debug, and resolve software issues while taking ownership of quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and internal teams on design, implementation, approvals, and product support.
- Provide estimates, deliver commitments transparently, present technical concepts, and participate in technical discussions.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training within the software team and broader product development organization.
- Follow and help improve software development lifecycle and organizational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with C/C++ on Linux/UNIX, embedded systems, or Windows technologies such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with modern technologies including Qt/QML, Node.js, Golang, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, MQTT, and microservices.
- Experience with IPC, RPC, sockets, A/V players, networking protocols, npm, Bower, or Webpack is advantageous.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
