Base Salary
$198k - $294k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical solution from discovery to deployment and handoff.
- Collaborate with customer engineers and domain experts to define technical requirements.
- Design and implement production AI applications that integrate with customer infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with regulations regarding protected health information and security.
- Define evaluations and validation processes to measure system quality.
- Utilize feedback and analysis to enhance system performance and readiness.
- Document deployment learnings into reusable technical resources.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, ML/AI engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience as a senior engineer or tech lead in ambiguous environments.
- Hands-on experience with technical discovery, architecture, and implementation.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and interoperability standards.
- Experience with complex customer-facing or enterprise systems.
- Strong judgment in AI evaluation, privacy, and security.
