Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Learn customer operating constraints from inside their business function before designing and building solutions.
- Rebuild customer functions from first principles and deliver production systems alongside clients and a Forward Deployed Executive.
- Work autonomously as part of the customer’s team and own engagements from problem framing through production.
- Deliver Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations for financial services and healthcare customers.
- Help enterprises adopt AI from strategy through first deployment and contribute to tooling and frameworks for the AI delivery practice.
- Evaluate non-deterministic systems by building or owning evaluation suites and explaining what was measured and why.
- Participate in pre-sales conversations with senior business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of software-building experience, including substantial accountability for production code.
- Current hands-on engineering ability and willingness to remain hands-on.
- Experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems to production rather than only prototypes or notebooks.
- Experience building or owning an evaluation suite for a non-deterministic system.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to become productive in unfamiliar codebases or languages.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Cloud-native delivery experience on AWS, including operating systems that others inherit.
- Pre-sales experience and credibility with senior stakeholders, including business-unit leaders and CTOs.
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomous ownership, and quickly understanding unfamiliar business functions.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, including skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses.
- Experience with GCP or Azure is a plus.
- Experience with Kubernetes or ECS and production CI/CD is desirable.
- Depth in AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform is desirable.
- Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI is desirable.
