Base Salary
$95k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents for variance analysis, close reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, and other client financial workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with EPM/CPM platforms and financial systems to read from and write to systems of record.
- Develop RAG pipelines, tool-use patterns, multi-step agent architectures, validation workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Embed with client finance, FP&A, accounting, CFO, and controller teams to discover needs and design technical solutions.
- Manage agent development from prototyping and demonstrations through testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-launch iteration.
- Contribute reusable components, agent frameworks, solution architectures, deployment playbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Establish quality standards for accuracy, hallucination mitigation, explainability, traceability, audit trails, and financial workflow controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year building applications powered by LLMs, AI agents, or intelligent automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, APIs, vector databases, embedding models, and prompt engineering.
- Strong SQL skills and experience integrating APIs, data warehouses, ERPs, and financial systems.
- Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, close management, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with CFOs, controllers, and FP&A leaders.
- Willingness to travel to client sites up to 50–80% depending on the engagement.
- Preferred experience includes Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, Anaplan, Planful, Workday Adaptive Planning, ERP systems, consulting or professional services, production AI systems, cloud infrastructure, financial data modeling, multidimensional databases, and business intelligence tooling.
Benefits
- Annual base salary ranges from $95,000 to $140,000 plus benefits and bonus.
- Hybrid role based in a US office location with flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week; candidates should ideally be local to their desired location.
- Travel to client sites may be required up to 50–80% depending on the engagement.
