Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to build a world-class product.
- Develop, own, and maintain highly scalable distributed services and solutions.
- Implement a microservices-based architecture using Golang and Python.
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and maintain high standards of code quality.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered features with care for reliability, latency, cost, and safety.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to ship faster while maintaining rigorous review and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Strong product development experience in building distributed systems and microservices.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong programming skills on Linux using Go.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming.
- Superior organization, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and cloud computing platforms like GCP is a plus.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and familiarity with AI-assisted coding is a plus.
