Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and platform tooling with architects and cross-discipline teams.
- Provision, configure, build, deploy, and monitor infrastructure and platforms using infrastructure as code.
- Define observability practices, track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and participate in incident response.
- Build and maintain internal developer platforms, golden paths, and self-service tooling.
- Provide monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Conduct systems testing for security, performance, resilience, and availability.
- Work with clients and internal teams to develop engineering opportunities and strengthen DevOps, SRE, and platform culture.
- Share knowledge, coach and mentor colleagues, and contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, internal projects, and practice development.
Requirements
- Hold active SC (Security Check) clearance or be eligible to gain it.
- Have deep hands-on experience in one or more of cloud and infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, DevOps and CI/CD, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, configuration management, networking, virtualization, compute provisioning, internal developer platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, version control, observability, monitoring, incident response, and on-call practices as relevant to the specialization.
- Experience with scripting using bash or shell and testing tools such as Selenium or Cucumber.
- Ability to support a range of technologies including Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud components.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at the appropriate level.
- Ability to work flexibly across technologies and client assignments.
