Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support Python, Snowflake, SQL, Informatica, or BusinessObjects Data Integrator ETL/ELT and data-ingestion solutions.
- Design, maintain, and monitor Apache Airflow DAGs for workflow scheduling, dependency management, retries, and failure recovery.
- Develop and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations connecting Salesforce, enterprise applications, databases, and data platforms.
- Monitor jobs, APIs, interfaces, data availability, data quality, dependencies, and operational SLAs.
- Triage incidents, restore failed services, coordinate with stakeholders, track Time to Resolution, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support release management, deployment planning, release validation, production verification, rollback readiness, and post-release monitoring.
- Perform data validation, source-to-target reconciliation, completeness checks, and failed-job recovery.
- Maintain operational run lists, schedules, release checklists, inventories, escalation information, SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and RCA reports.
- Perform patching, password and credential rotation, certificate renewal, access management, configuration changes, and environment migrations.
- Support Salesforce integrations involving objects, APIs, authentication, batch interfaces, data flows, and troubleshooting.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, including SoX processes with internal and external auditors.
- Collaborate with data engineering, Salesforce, application, infrastructure, security, database, and business teams.
Requirements
- Requires 3–7 years of experience developing, maintaining, and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, enterprise integrations, data warehouses, and production systems.
- Requires strong SQL development, data analysis, and production troubleshooting skills.
- Requires hands-on experience with Python, Snowflake, and Apache Airflow workflow development, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Requires experience supporting MuleSoft APIs, enterprise integrations, incident management, release management, and SLA-based production support.
- Requires working knowledge of Salesforce concepts, objects, APIs, authentication, and integration patterns.
- Requires knowledge of data warehouse concepts including fact and dimension tables, star and snowflake schemas, conformed dimensions, and slowly changing dimensions.
- Requires the ability to create SOPs, runbooks, root-cause analyses, operational reports, and technical documentation.
- Preferred qualifications include Informatica or Data Integrator, Tableau, Salesforce data models and integration tools, AI-assisted support, CI/CD and Git, cloud platforms, observability, service-management platforms, and enterprise alerting experience.
- Knowledge of Finance and HCM systems, Agile delivery, ITIL, change management, and problem management is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
