Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Provide application support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving software-related issues.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous improvement.
- Assist with developing and implementing support processes to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in team discussions, and share knowledge.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Development Services.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while supporting scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
