Responsibilities
- Analyze and inventory existing Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and information sites to identify duplication, existing services, and service gaps.
- Design information architecture, service catalogs, intake taxonomies, conditional intake forms, and self-service portal workflows.
- Build system architecture, governance models, approval chains, escalation paths, and technical documentation for the enterprise service management portal.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, upgrade, migrate, and consolidate Atlassian, Jira Service Management, and Confluence sites and integrations.
- Monitor portal usage and search analytics and recommend improvements to government leadership.
- Create system diagrams, governance procedures, and user guidance for the central landing page and knowledge base.
- Implement role-based access and security protocols that preserve divisional compartmentalization and discovery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving portal, intake form, governance workflow, integration, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience developing the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence.
- Experience implementing and managing governance workflows, approval chains, and escalation paths.
- Experience installing, testing, and configuring Atlassian Suite tools.
- Experience implementing role-based access and security protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues involving development, integration, and deployment.
- Experience ensuring compliance with enterprise cybersecurity policies and federal IT standards.
- Ability to collaborate with division stakeholders, governance boards, and security teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC five days per week.
- Ability to hold and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance.
